Sleep is supposed to be healthy, right?

Not if you’re tossing and turning all night. Not if you’re waking up to pee. Not if you’re too hot, too cold, dreaming excessively, struggling to fall asleep, or relying on pharmaceuticals, THC, Benadryl, melatonin, or a glass (or two) of wine to get through the night.
